As for discomfort with acupuncture. There should be no pain. Although, a dull, heavy ache, or tingly sensation may occur. That is okay, that means it’s working.
Bruising and bleeding may occur more if you are dehydrated, or on any blood thinning supplements or medication. We will discuss this prior to treatment.

Yes, I offer deep tissue massage. Although, your idea of deep pressure may be well different from the next client. We can discuss pressure needs before, during, and after your session.

Reiki is a gentle, non‑invasive healing practice that uses light touch or hand‑hovering to support relaxation and energetic balancing. It’s based on the idea that the body has a natural ability to heal when its energy flows freely. During a session, the practitioner channels calming, restorative energy from the earth to help reduce stress, ease tension, and promote a sense of emotional and physical wellbeing. It’s often described as deeply soothing, grounding, and supportive for the whole person.
